Every photographer is unique to themselves. I guess what makes us SOP is our complete passion and love for what we do, photography is our entire being. Our style is very organic and natural, this stems from our shared love for photojournalism & documentary photography. We have an honest care for people, we strive to make couples feel that photography is one of the best experiences during their wedding. We’re also addicted to unique light & that we can make a difference, by just simply doing what we love.

This is the most common question we get asked. First thing, dont ever worry! Its normal to be a little aprehensive about being in front of the camera. With the way we photograph, we wont ever make you uncomfortable, we love working as a team, creating a friendship & trust. we wont ever make you do cheesy poses, we just want you to be you. As that is photography at its most natural and true form.

Sadie has been running SOP for over a decade registering as a biz in 2012. She found the passion for photography at 17 in Weymouth college photographic darkroom
Kirsty has been a photographer since 2012 and joined the SOP team in 2018 -
Weddings take roughly 6 weeks to complete. we like to spend dedicated time on each wedding, making sure that we continue to put our heart and soul into the editing process. Every wedding is different and we like to make sure we pay special attention to each one.

YES! After we have selected & edited the best images from your day, we give them all back to you in digital format on a personal online gallery. We don’t cap the amount of images & then make you pay to release more. We don’t believe on this, your memories should not be held from you. Also we don’t mind if you give family and friends copies too!
A full wedding roughly sits around 600+ images -
Mine & Kirsty’s wedding package is an all day experience. When you photograph a wedding, we believe it is similar to a story, a visual narration of your day. Therefore we like to shoot from bridal/groom prep in the morning right through to the first dance ,with a little bit of P-A-R-T-Y in there too.
We know that every wedding is different, so we are open to chat if you are after shorter timescales.

we don’t like to overbook with weddings because there is so much energy that goes into just one. We pride ourselves on treating every wedding differently, because each one is unique. We take a-lot of time in creating great relationships with our clients and focusing on their wedding. -
If you have a burning feeling in your bones that you think either Sadie or Kirsty is the ‘one’ to tell your epic story! All we ask for is a £200 deposit which secures your photographer and your date. We get contracts signed and then the journey begins! We meet up and chat about everything photography, your special day and what makes you guys awesome!

Yes, Sadie and Kirsty are separate photographers, both shooting weddings. That means there is more chance either one of us will have your date available.
Together we form the SOP team, we pretty much are the same person in different bodies, we share the same mind and passion for photography.
